“80% of Success in life is just turning up”

Woody Allen

Why Do I Do That is foundational to understanding the pathways to Happiness and Success.

When we understand the elements of our lives, it is easier to clarify what it is we want to do,

our  aspirations and our priorities, what we don’t want to do and why we do these things.

By understanding the dynamics that drive, trigger,  and inspire you, you can make better choices and set better goals.

Tis in turn can influence the degree of success you have and the quality of your life.

You will also be able to live with, support and enjoy others  more. This is because you will

recognize much of what drives other peoples behavior (good or bad) isn’t  about you; but comes from

the those same elements that drive you.
