Reactive: Reactive emotionally, changeable, affected by feelings, emotionally less stable, easily upset  (Lower Ego Strength)

  • Have frequent mood swings.
  • Often feel blue.

  • Am easily discouraged.


Stable: Emotionally stable, adaptive, mature, faces reality calmly   (Higher Ego Strength)

  • Seldom feel blue.
  • Feel comfortable with myself.

  • Am not easily frustrated.
