Terms and conditions are as for face to face and email coaching.

Because we offer coaching to the online community we use skype for its cheap telephone calls and Skype-to-Skype calls with other Skype users. We can also use it in a group format and offer one to one video connections via the webcam feature.

You will need the following:

• A decent quality broadband connection. It does not necessarily need to be ridiculously high bandwidth, but it must be reliable.
• You need a contingency option. Skype calls are very reliable but it is good to have a traditional telephone option (see phone coaching).
• You need to be comfortable with Skype. You need to practice with some friends or family or book some short coaching sessions by phone to get your Skype working.
• Have a decent headset and microphone though I just use the microphone that comes inbuilt in my iMac.
• A decent webcam. I use the one in the iMac and its fine.
• To be prepared to stop video transmission if your voice connection quality dips. Sometimes using Skype for video and voice together can take too much bandwidth so we may need to resort to the skype to skype call or even go back to the telephone.

Working face to face  lets us focus SPECIFICALLY on you and your goals.

This program will spread over 10 weeks, consisting of 10 45-minute sessions.  You will be required to perform assigned tasks designed to help you achieve your goals. But there is nothing like hands-on experiences.
