Terms, Conditions and Disclaimers – Full Policy

www.nevintaylor.com is a trading name of OHTDI Pty Ltd (Australian ABN 47 076 602 929) and provides a life coaching service available through email, phone or Skype to persons aged 18 or over only.

In this document the words “client” and “user” are used interchangeably. Each word refers to anyone who accesses any service of nevintaylor.com

We do not at any time, or in any way, provide advice to our clients and users of our service. Instead we provide questions, exercises and resource links which may help the client to raise their awareness of themselves, their environment, situation and/or issue. This raising of awareness may support the client in making their own decisions, which may include the choice to take action in some way.

nevintaylor.com is not an employment agent, a business manager, a financial analyst or advisor, a medical doctor or a psychotherapist. Furthermore, no nevintaylor.com coach will ever promise to, be obligated to, or will in any way:

• procure or attempt to procure any employment, business or sales for the client;
• perform any business management functions such as accounting services, tax or investment consulting, or advice in relation to these activities;
• diagnose or prescribe for any medical condition; or
• act as a therapist, providing psychological counselling, psychoanalysis or behaviour therapy.

nevintaylor.com does not guarantee results in any way, nor will we or any of our coaches ever guarantee results.

The client and user are fully responsible for all of their own choices and actions. The client indemnifies nevintaylor.com, its Directors, agents, partners, subcontracting coaches and any other related party from all liability for loss or damage suffered by any person arising out of the client or user accessing the services of nevintaylor.com

Without limiting the generality of the preceding paragraph, it is understood by the client and user that in accessing information:-

• via the nevintaylor.com website, and
• through any contact by any means with any of our coaches,

they waive and release OHTDI Pty Ltd and the nevintaylor.com  coach to the full extent permitted by law from any and all claims relating to the usage of the material made available through the service(s) provided. In no event shall OHTDI Pty Ltd or the nevintaylor.com coach be liable for any incident or consequential damages resulting from use of the material.

nevintaylor.com makes this material available on the understanding that clients and users exercise their own skill and care with respect to its use. Before relying on the material in any important matter, clients and users should carefully evaluate the accuracy, completeness and relevance of the information for their purposes and should obtain appropriate professional advice relevant to their particular circumstances.

The material at this site or provided by the nevintaylor.com coach through the course of the coaching relationship may include views or recommendations of third parties which do not necessarily reflect the views of the nevintaylor.com coach or indicate its commitment to a particular course of action.

Links to other web sites are inserted for convenience and do not constitute endorsement of material at those sites or any associated organisation, product or service. These external information sources are outside our control. It is the responsibility of the client and user to make their own decisions about the accuracy, currency, reliability and correctness of the information at those sites.

All nevintaylor.com coaches maintain minimum qualifications either through the life coaching industry or other disciplines which are related and complimentary to life coaching.

The client when submitting their coaching query online with nevintaylor.com, whether the result be email or live coaching, is agreeing to these terms and conditions.

OHTDI Pty Ltd and nevintaylor.com have the following expectations of our clients and users:

• If a live phone or in-person coaching session is scheduled, it is expected the client will dial in to or arrive at the session on time.
• Should the client need to cancel or defer a session for any reason, the client must provide 24 hours notice based on Australian Eastern Standard Time of the scheduled session, which is also based on Australian Eastern Standard Time.
• If the client has any concerns whatsoever about the quality of the coaching services they receive it is their responsibility to contact nevintaylor.com via email to discuss their concerns. The email address for this purpose is nevin_taylor@mac.com.

The client agrees with OHTDI and nevintaylor.com that the client will be liable for the full cost of a session in circumstances where the client:

• is more than 10 minutes late for a live session,
• doesn’t dial in at all for a phone session
• doesn’t arrive at all for an in person session,
• cancels or defers the session with less than 24 hours notice
